3. Territorial & State-Wise Exclusions
While the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India has categorized 13-Card Rummy as a predominantly skill-based game (exempted under Section 12 of the Public Gambling Act, 1867), certain Indian states retain local statutory prohibitions against pay-to-play card setups.

4. Third-Party Portals & Non-Operator Status

6. Limitation of Liability
Under no legal theory shall Royal Rummy Hub India, its administrators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost wagers or software faults incurred on third-party card client APKs.
